The recipe is based on more than ten plants. A great wealth of aromas and then a lingering but subtle bitterness are its main characteristics. This absinthe won first place and the "Golden Absinthe" prize at the National Competition of Swiss spirits on September 16, 2005. Producer: Artemisia-Bugnon Alcohol: 53% alcohol by volume (abv), or 106 proof. Serve: 2.5 to 3 cl with 4/5 parts of water see the 2008 photo gallery for another view. |
