Huguet comes from Andorra, located between Spain and France. Huguet's grandfather started production in 1937 to satisfy the then absinthe-deprived French. Made with the same methods today, Huguet Absinthe is macerated for three weeks, making the wormwood more mellow and adding the delicate flavor of anise.
