A Polish Absinthe distilled to an ancient recipe originally from Switzerland. Apsinthion is still made by hand using traditional methods from the 18th century, all bottles are carefully filled by hand and only the finest selections of Artemisia Absinthium (Wormwood), coriander and a peppermint herb distillate are used. The anisette aroma contains the ethereal oil 'Anethol'.
