In 2005 some members of the German Absinth Guide forum wanted
to proof, that high-quality Absinthe and Germany is no contradiction. Around
15 different Hausgemachte were produced. The best one of these was planned
to be produced in a lager scale. So a distillery had to be found. Rudolf Wild
of the Eichelberger Distillery is always very open to new ideas and of cause
a passionate advocate of high quality Liquers. He started some experiments
and is now able and ready to produce exactly what Deep Forest (the forum guy)
did. We are very pleased to offer this unique example of craftsmanship, talent
and commitment to international connoisseurs. Eichelberger doesn’t wish to
create a mass production thing, rather something small, very well made, excellent
ingredients, not sugared, not artificially colored |
